All meetings
of the Lamorbey & Sidcup Local History Society are held on a Tuesday
at
St Lawrence's Church Hall, Main Road, Sidcup, Kent.
Meetings start at
7.15p.m.and finish at 9.15p.m.
Car parking opposite
is free after 6pm.
Visitors are welcome
at a charge of £2, which includes tea or coffee and a biscuit.
On the programme we
try to include some topics with particular reference to the local history of
Sidcup or Kent such as that on January 15th - Footscray Place; and others of
more general interest such as the one on 27th May - History of Silversmithing.
We hope there is something for everyone, so please come along and see for
yourself. You will be sure of a warm welcome.
